  • Video accounts for 90% of digital traffic, and has become the communication medium of choice for all communicators.
  • Publication formats are multiplying (16/9, 9/16, 1/1, etc.);
  • Social networking algorithms require you to produce more and more content to stay visible.

YUZZIT allows you to : 

  • Ingest a video stream (live stream or cold content);
  • Cut it in real time to produce an extract;
  • Customize it (format, skin, subtitles, etc.) ;
  • Publish it on the main distribution platforms (Facebook, Youtube, X, Dailymotion, etc.).

YUZZIT already has over 100 customers and 1,000 active users worldwide.

Job description

To support our growth, we're looking for a CSM / User Support, with 3 years' experience in a SAAS solutions publisher. 

The position is available as soon as possible. 

Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities :

As part of a team, provide first-level online user support, i.e.:

  • Answer users' questions about using our platform.
  • Qualify any problems and pass on information to the technical team.
  • Follow-up on the handling of problems (internally and with users).

Intervene with certain customers to :

  • Train new users.
  • Make sure they have a firm grasp of our platform.
  • Identify new needs / new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate customer projects.

Requirements:

  • Higher education diploma (Bac +3).
  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience with a SAAS solution provider.
  • Perfect command of written and spoken French, Spanish and English.
  • Strong interest in B2B technical fields.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with different stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the video and social networking worlds would be a big plus.
  • Proficiency in current IT tools.
